COVID-19 Actions and Preparations

Updated June 9, 2022

Dear Hub Customers,
Due to public health concerns with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have modified our operations.

During All Shop Visits

-We no longer require visitors to wear a mask while at our shop, but masks are strongly encouraged (starting June 10th, 2022). Shop safety protocols are subject to updated guidelines from the CDC and MN Department of Health. Our mask policy follows Hennepin County's Covid Community Level and is subject to change when status is no longer "Low" as voted by the the cooperative. Classes will still REQUIRE masks no matter vaccination status.
-If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home.
-If this policy change affects your ability to come to the shop but you want to utilize our services, please reach out to us by phone or email, and use our online store for your bicycle shopping. We remain committed to serving everyone according to their needs. You can browse our entire inventory and more in our online store, and we continue to offer curbside pickup during store hours for online orders and service drop-off & pick-up.

The safety of our staff and community is a priority for us. If you exhibit any signs of sickness please stay at home. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not respect our safety guidelines.
