This course is comprised of three 2- hour sessions covering all of the essentials for keeping your mountain bike in great shape. The course will cover suspension maintenance, hydraulic brake work, and trail side fixes. Students will ideally have either taken the Complete Tune Up course or have a good foundation of basic mechanics including wheel truing, shifting adjustments and bike anatomy.
