While the summer is winding down, the Hub still offers a wide variety of group rides! Weather-permitting, we've got a couple of rides happening each week to keep your spirits and cadence riding high! Check into the individual pages for each of these rides, and catch all the dates on our calendar.

The Hub and Corpse Whale Racing Group Ride

Tuesday Social Rides
p/b The Hub &
Corpse Whale Racing

Corpse Whale Racing (The Hub Bike Co-op-sponsored femme, trans, women, non-binary, and two-spirit racing team) is back to leading its bi-weekly rides for the FTWs in our community!

These will be moderately-paced, NO DROP rides--CWR will have someone at the back to make sure that no one gets left behind. You can expect a 12-15mph pace, a 15-20 mile distance, and the best ride leaders! These rides will happen every other Tuesday, leaving from the The Hub Bike Co-op on Minnehaha Ave at 6:30p, and beginning on May 29th. Stay updated on the facebook event page for the latest news on these rides!

Wednesday Weekly Femme/Trans/Women Mountain Bike Rides

Mountain Bike Rides

NOTE:  AUGUST 29TH WILL BE THE FINAL DATE OF THE SEASON FOR THIS RIDE!

The Hub Bike Co-op will again be hosting weekly Wednesday Night Femme, Trans, & Women (FTW) Mountain Bike Rides, starting Spring/Summer 2018! This ride is open to all FTWs, two-spirit, non-binary, and gender non-conforming folks.

The ride starts from the trailhead at 6:30pm (trail location changes venues each week), and riders should expect to ride 1.5-2 hours. We'll use this forum* to communicate venue, weather, answer questions, etc.

Are you new to mountain biking? This ride is beginner friendly! Don't have a mountain bike? The Hub will be offering up its demo fleet for FREE to folx attending the the week's ride!

If you need a bike to ride, or a lift to the trailhead, please use the forum, call or stop into our Minnehaha shop at 612-729-0437, or email our Demo Steward, Lisa (lisao [at] thehubbikecoop [dot] biz), in advance. We have limited Demo Bikes available and limited space for transportation, so please pre-arrange. Please arrive at The Hub at 3016 Minnehaha by 5pm to get set up on the Demo Bike, as we'll be leaving the shop at 6pm sharp to get to the trailhead on time (we've learned that it takes time for the paperwork, swapping pedals, setting up suspension and saddle height, loading the vehicles...).

It might get dark during the ride, so please bring a bright front light and a taillight. If you don't have these, The Hub may have some available to use for the night, and will definitely have them for sale.
