Return and Exchange Policy

The Hub Bike Co-op’s Return and Exchange Policy:

All non-bike returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt date (See next paragraph for bike returns). All products* must be new and in original packaging with instructions, hardware, and tags included. Refunds for credit card or debit purchases will be credited to the cardholder of the original purchase. Since we do not keep large amounts of cash on hand, refunds for cash purchases over $75 will receive their refund by check issued at our 3020 Minnehaha Ave. S. location.

Bicycles*  The Hub Bike Coop has a 15-day Money Back Guarantee!
If you find out it’s just not the bike for you, bring it back within 15 days for a refund provided the bike is still in new condition, with the exception of special order bikes. Labor charges for accessories and alterations of new bike will be applied on bikes returned for refund.

*Special orders and consignment items are non-refundable.

The Hub Bike Co-op’s Repair Service Warranty

The Hub is proud to offer a 90-day limited warranty on our repair labor on shop-quality bikes.  Some services may be exempt.  Tube change labor is guaranteed for 30 days.  See your mechanic for details.

Due to limited storage space repaired bikes left at the Hub for more than one week beyond completion will be assessed a $1 per day storage fee.  Bicycles left for 60 or more days will be sold to recoup part and labor costs.
