The Hub's COVID-19 update
The state and federal governments have recognized that bike shops are essential to our transportation infrastructure. The safety of our staff and community is a priority for us. If you exhibit any signs of sickness stay at home. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not respect our safety guidelines.
Any in-person interactions with our staff (including outside) require a mask or face covering that covers nose & mouth, with exception to those who cannot keep a mask on their face (viz. children). For those who otherwise cannot wear a mask, we can accommodate you over the phone and from contactless pick up/drop off.
Curbside Pick-up is available daily at our 3016 Minnehaha location.
We are doing our best, but we may have limited capacity to answer your questions by phone. Please consider checking our website or social media channels (instagram & facebook) before calling the shop; you can also send us an email to thehub@thehubbikecoop.biz to help us manage call volume!
